Associate Professor at the Political Science Department of Maastricht University

Gergana Noutcheva is Associate Professor in International Relations and European Foreign Policy at the Political Science Department of Maastricht University, The Netherlands. Her research focuses on EU enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy.  She has also contributed to the study of comparative democratisation of Eastern Europe. Her articles have been published in the Journal of Common Market Studies, Journal of European Public Policy, West European Politics, East European Politics and Societies, Journal of European Integration, Democratization, Cooperation and Conflict, International Spectator, Geopolitics.
