Invitations

The Belgrade Security Conference 2022 is an invitation-only event. The invitations are personal and non-transferable. Only one person – the addressee – may take part in the event. The registration will be open from September 15 through October 15, 2022.

On-the-spot registration will not be available due to security concerns. The conference venue will only be accessible to registered participants.

Accommodation

Please note that Belgrade Security Conference organisers cover accommodation costs only for certain guest categories: Panelists and Moderators.

Registration Desk

On October 28, 2022, the registration desk opens at 8:00 AM. In order to avoid lengthy lines and to pick up their badges as soon as possible, all in-person participants are asked to have their registration e-tickets ready (printed or on the phone). On both event days, the registration desk will be available until 19:00 to provide all relevant information. All in-person participants at the Belgrade Security Conference 2022 are required to wear their badges at all times in accordance with BSC’s security regulations. The badges may not be transferred. The participants must notify the BSC immediately at the registration desk if their badges are misplaced.

With the help of the Belgrade Security Conference 2022 mobile application, you can browse the whole schedule as well as a list of confirmed speakers and participants, make your own customized schedule, provide feedback, and participate in surveys and Q&A sessions.

Health & Safety

The health and safety of our in-person participants is of the highest priority at the Belgrade Security Conference (BSC). As the possibility of pandemic reemergence cannot be excluded in Europe and elsewhere, we need to take this risk into consideration. We strongly suggest monitoring the evolution of the rules, depending on the future of the pandemic.

If you have any symptoms related to Covid-19, please isolate yourself in your hotel room or at home immediately and take a Covid-19 test. If the test result is positive, please inform the BSC team so that we can inform the other participants. Should you need medical assistance, the hotel and the BSC team can connect you to a local health care provider. Please note that BSC will not be able to cover travel-related costs that arise due to Covid-19 infection.
