Hlib Vyshlinsky

Hlib Vyshlinsky has managed the Centre for Economic Strategy since it was founded in May 2015. Conducts general management of the Center and represents it in relations with partners. From 2015-2019, he was a member of the Council of “Reanimation Package of Reforms” civic platform. Since 2020 he has been a member of the Development Board of Mystetskyi Arsenal, Supervisory Board of DEJURE Foundation, and of StateWatch Board. Since 2021 Mr. Vyshlinsky has been Head of the Board at Hromadske.TV.

Mr. Vyshlinsky has over 20 years of experience in economic analysis and research. From 2010 to April 2015, he was Deputy Director at GfK Ukraine, the country’s leading market research agency. He has worked at GfK Ukraine since 2003. Prior to that, during 1997-2003, he was Senior Economist, Publications Director, and Deputy Director of the International Centre for Policy Studies. He began his career as an economic journalist and editor, working in different mass media during 1993-1998.

Mr. Vyshlinsky obtained a Master’s degree in Management from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.”
