Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Philosophy and Social Theory, University of Belgrade

Aleksandra Bulatović is a researcher and activist. She works as a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Philosophy and Social Theory at the University of Belgrade, where she focuses on human rights theory, ethics, and unconventional security. Aleksandra’s research interests span a wide range of fields, but the central thread connecting them all is justice. She has long been actively involved in environmental initiatives, and, within the framework of the IT Serbia Solidarity Network, she advocates for a just and inclusive society based on justice, solidarity, trust, and mutual support. She is well known for her longstanding engagement in the fight against injustice and the abuse of power, and her work also includes the creation of a Register of individuals who have misused public office. In her actions, she combines academic research with activism, firmly believing that change and solidarity are built through concrete actions and initiatives.
