Nikola Mirković

Nikola Mirković is 29-year-old political scientist and researcher. He began his professional engagement in the European Network of Election Monitoring Organizations (ENEMO), contributing to the writing of several reports from international observation missions. He was an observer of the Center for Monitoring and Research (CeMI) in local elections in Montenegro. He is a certified OSCE/ODIHR election observer. Through various capacity-building programmes, he enhanced his skills in EU-funded project proposal writing, public advocacy, campaign design and management, and through internal CCE’s training in event organization, conducting tender procedures, free access to information, communicating EU-funded projects. As a participant in the Young EUSAIR Communication Academy, he obtained a certificate in the field of communication and digital campaigns. He is co-author and author of several different studies and publications and also contributed to drafting multiple other publications, analysis, initiatives and research in the CCE.
