Liliana Filipchuk

Liliana Filipchuk works as a policy analyst, and projects manager in Cedos think tank (Center for Society Research NGO) in Ukraine.

In her research and consultancies, she focuses on social policy reforms, fair employment conditions, migrant integration, education to employment transitions, and other policy challenges government and civil society actors face in the transforming reality. She has been monitoring the forced migration and mobility in the context of full-scale war in Ukraine. Liliana holds a master’s degree in Public Policy and Governance from Kyiv School of Economics and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
