Dejan Lučka

Director of the Banjaluka Centre for Human Rights

Dejan Lučka is a jurist and activist. He is the Director of the Banjaluka Centre for Human Rights, a member of the Steering Board of the Human Rights House Banja Luka, and a consultant to various domestic and international organizations. His work focuses on human rights, constitutional law, environmental law, and cyber law, with broader interests in new technologies, political science, history, and philosophy. He has contributed to numerous analyses on living standards, human rights, and legislative practice, and he assists civic initiatives related to human rights, environmental rights, and constitutional issues. To date, he has published more than twenty publications, along with numerous scholarly and professional articles. He is also the author of over one hundred articles published in various journals and online media outlets.
