Adrian Balutel

Chief of Staff to the President of the Republic of Moldova

Adrian Balutel is Chief of Staff to the President of the Republic of Moldova, and secretary of the National Commission for European Integration. He is former member of Parliament, and State Secretary of the Government. Prior to that he held various expert and associative roles in civil society organisation and think thanks in Moldova and EaP region, focused on enlargement, europeanisation and public affairs. In former capacities he held the position of the secretary of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum in Moldova, worked as an associated expert of the Institute for European Policies and Reforms and project associate to the Konrad Adenauer Foundation. Also, he was the Vice-President of the National Youth Council of Moldova and board member the National NGO Council of Moldova. Adrian is the graduate of the College of Europe in Natolin.
