Borko Stefanović

Deputy President of the Party of Freedom and Justice (SSP)

Borko Stefanović is currently Deputy President of the Party of Freedom and Justice (SSP). He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad and obtained the title of graduate lawyer. In 2002, he was admitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the FR Yugoslavia (later SCG) as a trainee diplomat in a public competition. In 2002, he graduated from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. From 2003 to 2007 Borko worked at the Embassy of Serbia and Montenegro in Washington, USA, as First Secretary for work with the US Congress. From 2007 to 2012 he served as political director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia and head of the minister’s cabinet. From 2010 to 2012 he was Head of Serbia’s negotiating team in the technical dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina in Brussels. In 2022 he was President of the Committee for Foreign Policy of the Serbian Parliament and vice-president of the Serbian Parliament.
