
Ivan Radulović is Coordinator for Human Rights and Justice Programmes at the Civic Alliance. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Montenegro and a Master’s degree in International Politics and Security from the University of Donja Gorica. Ivan began his professional career through a government-sponsored professional training program at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Montenegro. Since May 2024, he has been part of the Civic Alliance, where he currently serves as Coordinator for Human Rights and Justice Programs. In this role, he leads projects dedicated to advancing human rights, transitional justice, and the protection of minority communities, particularly Roma and Egyptians as well as initiatives supporting Montenegro’s Euro-Atlantic and European integration processes. Over the course of his professional engagement, Ivan has successfully completed a wide range of specialised trainings and educational programs in areas such as human rights monitoring in places of detention, legal and institutional reform, and public accountability. He has also independently organised and facilitated numerous workshops and training sessions aimed at strengthening the capacities of public institutions, law enforcement bodies, and civil society organisations.
