Jelena Sesar works as a Researcher for the Balkans and European Union, at Amnesty International. She has over fifteen years of international development experience in post-conflict environments with a concentration on institutional capacity building, democracy and governance and rule of law. She gained thorough knowledge of national and sub-national policy planning, programme implementation, grant design and management of complex USAID-funded projects. Proven track record in building collaborative relationships with host governments, counterparts and multiple donor agencies. Jelena is also experienced in leading multi-cultural, diverse teams of experts.
