Milan Šarić

Lejla Mazlić is Al Jazeera Balkans’ TV anchor and a producer with over a decade of media experience. Since 2022, she has anchored a series of talk shows #AJBCafe in collaboration with UNESCO and EU, that tackles issues such as online hate speech, discrimination, and disinformation. She also produces and presents the TV show Opservatorij. This media literacy show critically analyzes global media coverage, disinformation, and propaganda, and it is done in cooperation with The Listening Post at Al Jazeera English and Al Masrad at Al Jazeera Arabic. Her expertise extends to coordinating Al Jazeera Balkans’ current affairs department. Apart from a Bachelor’s in Journalism, Lejla Mazlić holds a Master’s in International Business Negotiation from the IESEG School of Management in Paris. Fluent in multiple languages, she contributes to media development across Sarajevo, London, and Doha.
