Jovan Rajić

Jovan Rajić is an attorney at law with more than a decade of professional experience. He is Founder and President of the Board at RERI. He was working in Real Estate, Energy&Infrastructure and Environmental departments of leading law firms in Serbia. He advised in some of the pioneering renewable energy projects in Serbia and Montenegro before he established solo practice in 2014. He is expert in energy and environmental law, with particular focus on EU law and was engaged in projects directed to provide compliance of domestic regulations from energy and environmental sectors with the EU acquis. In 2017 Jovan founded RERI with the main idea to establish unique regional legal and policy think tank, that will enable protection of public interest in energy transition and environmental protection, through usage of available legal tools. Mr Rajić is author of many articles and publications on themes related to domestic and European energy law. He was one of the founding members of Serbian Energy Law Association.
