As Director of the Reforms Delivery Office, Tetyana Kovtun managed the drafting of the Ukraine Recovery and Development Plan and is currently working in the Secretariat of the Multi-Agency Donor Coordination Platform for Ukraine to ensure the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine, its European integration and implementation of reforms. Ms Kovtun has 20 years of professional experience, in the fields of public administration, European integration and donor coordination. She held positions of Deputy State Secretary of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and Secretary of the Coordination Council for Public Administration Reform. She was responsible for the implementation of the Public Administration Reform Strategy in Ukraine to ensure approximation of Ukraine with European principles of public administration. Ms Kovtun also worked in the EU Delegation to Ukraine, where she was responsible for anti-corruption file and cooperation with the Support Group for Ukraine SGUA.
