The Belgrade Centre for Security Policy (BCSP) hosted the latest edition of the BSC Leaders Meetings, bringing together diplomats, policymakers, scholars, and civil society representatives for an in-depth discussion on the Western Balkans’ strategic direction in an era of rapid global change.
