He is a former observer for the Kommersant Publishing House and Director for International Relations at VEB.RF State Development Corporation. Author of more than 1,000 articles in Russian and international scholarly, journalistic and analytical outlets. A regular contributor to the Carnegie Russia and Eurasia Centre. Lives in Belgrade.
